The highlights of the conference were the client-led sessions, which included presentations from Silcar, Eastman Chemical, Marathon Petroleum, Dow Chemical, Xcel Energy, Kimberly-Clark, Rio Tinto, Braskem, Dakota Gas and P&H Mining Equipment, along with various partners including Vesta, Intergraph and Reliability Center Inc.
Other featured guest speakers included Drew Troyer, senior vice president of global services operations for Noria Corp., who illustrated for attendees how to drive economic value-added and shareholder wealth with effective plant reliability managment. Troyer also introduced attendees to a framework for couching reliability initiatives in a way that senior managers can understand and support.
